    • Sort by smallest to largest (AE/12thday), Delete 50% or more, sort by BLDG, RM, DAY, FROM T

 

  • Create combined TL w/ percentages

  • Filter for 0% AE/CL

  • Sort CL from smallest to largest

  • Look up 12th day last like semester and enter into CL/AE of semester we are working on

  • Remove GPCs as necessary and only work up to 50% CL

 

Match restrictive statements to irregular program codes (All sections/Irregular Program Code Document)

 

Match noteline to Mode (i.e. INTERNET, WEBENHANCED) based on overall (remember COLA/McCombs may have different notelines)

For classes using the base topic title (Incomplete Sections)

  • Change title to PLACEHOLDER

  • Add log note "Change title to topic being offered by end of Original phase or section will be deleted"

 

Closing limit of 999 for Master's, Thesis etc.

  • Sort all sections for CL=0

  • Change CL to 999
