Background
In order for CSUs to manage workflow within their units, they need a consistent way for requests for HR actions such as hires, job changes, terminations, etc. to be communicated to a central group with access to initiate transactions in Workday. This process will mitigate the risk or errors in transactions by limiting the initiator access in Workday to a smaller, central group of users.
The program has taken requirements gathered during a working session for what is needed and is evaluating options for satisfying those requirements.
