Gershoff & Koepp study

• Data collection - kids wearing belts again, pulled out during free-play, teacher and parent surveys 

• New - keeping track of transitions. App on iPad, special iPad. Press button every time a transition occurs (different transitions are listed).

• Amanda send Andrew schedules.

 Forty for 40

•  It is happening again. Caroline Haley sending email to former families.

Family Conferences

• All virtual but if you need one in person families can reach out to schedule a time (hard ones, teacher reaches out to those families)

COVID testing kits

• Box for each teacher, staff, and GA. Have to report positive cases to UT (instructions included).

Training hours

• Keep track of hours, 24 hrs needed by the end of the year. Send Lily required training certificates.

End of the year picnic

• Thursday, May 5, 2022 (5:30-6:30p). Different park (Ramsey? - could we reserve it).

Licensing visit

NAEYC portfolios

• Progress - looking pretty good. YP may need some help! 

• Can send portfolios to Amanda/Lily to look through.

Kaymbu issues

• Tag reports, missing photos. 

• Kaymbu is “working on it.”

Masking email going out today

• Faculty/staff - personal choice

• Community transmission is low at the moment

• Can’t expect undergrads to wear one especially if you are not wearing one

• Observers still in booth/outside for time being

• If rates go back up - could be difficult 

• Covid testing after illness/new symptom/travel? - staying the same
