Kinder Info Night	Stephanie	November 8th, 2022 - PK families should send it out to families who might be interested in Pecan, will send it RSVP soon. It is for waiting list families too.
Playground Expectations	Lara	Lara is adding more items to the document: Avoiding hand washing in the water pump Shovels are only for digging and adults can say that Watering cans - flooding the plants (avoid sand area) Purchase more, smaller, showering watering cans Rotate through each class every week for watering, and pass around the watering cans from room to room
CIS	Stephanie	CIS will be given by GAs in the lobby during pre-conference to get a better turnout. Even if you do not have an official CIS, we will be sending out a Qualtrics survey in its place.
Odds & Ends	Stephanie	Observations Informally observe another teacher before the end of the semester. No form. Leave for 30 minutes and observe another teacher. Stephanie can observe with you, you can grab her. If you want to talk to the teacher after the observation, Stephanie will go in for you so you can step out. In the spring, teachers will do two observations, adults and children. First week in December, no kids but still working, each teacher will go to the Thinkery and observe individually. Meeting Second week in December, have a meeting (Lara and Sarah requested)
