Clearly provide names of files you have worked on, stating “Redcap” is not sufficient for example, because we have several Redcaps and projects within Redcap. Screen captures can also be added here.

Jan 20, 2026

• watched the LTR training video on probing and materials

• fixed access for other to upgrade from viewer to editor

• worked on probes practice

  • Completed SET 1 for Spanish, completed all 3 sesssions and uploaded them into my practice folder in Box under Sondeos

  • Completed SET 4 for Catalan, did all 3 practice sessions and uploaded them into my practice folder in Box Under Sondeos

• Worked on materials practice

  • Completed Set 1 for both Catalan and Spanish, uploaded them to their respective folders in the practice materials CAT or SPN

• Watched a video on how to use the Lab notebook on the wiki

• Started the LTR training video on qualtrics HW

Jan 21, 2026

• Had trouble logging on to Mac, but was able to log in successfully after a couple of attempts

• Worked on blurb for website, uploaded it to Box as well as headshot

• Finished the LTR training video on qualtrics

• revised the LTR training summary page on wiki and Smartsheet

• Started an example HW on qualtrics on SET 1 for Spanish

• Completed the HW on qualtrics by uploading the correct audios and images, as well as the 3 questions per word for the last 3 words of SET 1 in Spanish

  • I used some of the example questions on the HW that I made or used them as a guide to know what type of questions to ask

• Shared the HW to the MADRLab so it can be ready for review

• Went back to sondeos_session 1 and updated it to now include group 6 in Catalan

• Went through both materials for Spanish and Catalan to revise the last picture chosen for each word in the set

  • Updated the pictures to better quality since some of them were grainy, pictures were updated to be clearer now

  • Also updated some pictures that had a bigger/better focus for the word (EX: replaced the picture for ‘calculator’ to a clearer image where the object was the main focus in the picture)

• Read one of the required reading articles on the classifications of PPA and each of its variants.

• Worked on my lab notebook to add more resources/links that I will frequently use in the future to have faster access.

• I worked on the PPT task today

  • I downloaded the ppt

  • Matched the images to the reference sheet

  • left the images that were duplicates or images that couldn't be matched at the bottom of the PPT

  • Reuploaded the PPT to the correct folder box - I also added "UPDATE" to the name file 

• Started the communication partner training

• Reviewed the training page on communication partners

• Watched the video going through the CP page on Wiki

• Watched both examples of CP

• Began working on qualtrics HW for SET 4 in Catalan

  • Added all the images

  • Added all the audios

  • Began the questions

• I started by working on the Materials ppt for Set 1 in Catalan for the patient I was assigned

• Added the link for the Material ppt in both the box and the Cronograma

• Worked and completed the 1st qualtrics HW Set in Catalan

• Shared the HW link to the logopedas and added it to the Cronograma

• Completed the sondeos for both set 1 and 2

  • I couldn’t finish set 3 since I didn’t have the full list of words until the final 30 minutes of my shift

• Watched the video on how to update the materials team smartsheet

• Updated my section in the smartsheet

• I received the final set word list so I cross referenced the sondeos I made last week to make sure they lined up with the Hoja de Datos

• Made the materiales de tratamiento for both Set 2 and Set 3 in Catalan

• Completed all the Sondeos for Fase 1 in Catalan

• Uploaded all documents completed to the Box and the Cronograma

• Began the homework for Set 2 in catalan

• Updated the Smartsheet

Feb 4, 2026

• Worked on the homework for group 2 in Catalan for my assigned patient

  • I have uploaded all the images and created all the questions/answers

  • I had difficulty coming up with questions but was able to work them out

  • still waiting for audios to finish the HW and to properly upload HW to the cronogroma

• Started working on the homework for group 3 in Catalan by uploading images and writing correct words for the set

Feb 5, 2026

• I finished programming homework set 2 and sent the link to the clinician, as well as uploaded it to the cronograma

• I completed homework set 3 and uploaded it to the cronograma

• Began and finished the sondeos for phase 2 in castellano, uploaded all 9 of them to the cronograma

• Updated the smartsheet to show that I have completed all sondeos and the homeworks for set 1, 2, and 3

• I uploaded all the correct audios to both homework set 2 and homework set 3 in catalan

• Completed the MidTx sondeos ppt and uploaded it to the cronograma

• Completed the materials de Tx for group 4, group 5, and group 6 in Spanish, as well as uploaded them to the cronogroma

• Began and completed homework set 4 in Spanish for phase 2

• Sent the clinican the homework link for revision

• Began working on homework set 5 in Spanish

• Shared final HW set 3 with my clinician

• Edited some of the HW set 3 and set 4 questions to meet clinician’s feedback

• met with Arely to go over clipping training

• Worked on the questions for HW 5 in Spanish

Feb 12, 2026

• Finished the homework 5 questions and shared it with the clinician

• Started and finished homework 6, shared it with clinician

• Updated the cronograma with homework links, updated smartsheet as well

• Reviewed the clipping training from yesterday

• Started practicing on audio clipping, got to around the ~21-minute marking

Feb 17, 2026

• Worked on clipping training with practice audio

  • Finished clipping the audio

  • Went back and revised the clipping I did on the same audio last week to make sure I had done it properly

  • Reclipped the first half of the audio to better follow instructions/Wiki training page

  • I did have some looping issues, so I watched the video from the Wiki page to try to solve the issue

• Downloaded the audacity files and uploaded them to my lab notebook clipping training folder

• Revised Spanish homework sets 4-6 and edited some of the questions/answer choices

• Read and went over the wiki pages on the post-treatment qualtrics homework and post-treatment paper homework

• I met with Arely to go over my clipping assignments

• Started working through the Cat Rescue Pre-R01 clipping audios

  • I went over and clipped about 9 audios

• Updated the Spanish clipping report for sets 1 and sets 3 Smartsheet

Feb 19, 2026

• Uploaded the practice audio project from last week into my Box notebook folder

• Began to go through the videos in Cat Rescue to watch/clip them

• Due to being on a Windows desktop, I could not clip the audios using an appropriate program

  • I tried to do it through Audacity, but due to them being videos, I was given an ‘error code’

• Instead, I just went through the videos and wrote down the video numbers that needed clipping for next week when I have access to Quicktime Player

• I got through all of Pre-Tx and Post-Tx videos for Cat Rescue and updated the smart sheet for all of those videos

Feb 24, 2026

• Reviewed homework sets 4, 5, and 6 after receiving feedback from clinician

• Switched from a Windows desktop to a Mac desktop so I can clip the videos with the appropriate software

• Went back and clipped all the videos from last week that I noted needed clipping

• Updated the smart sheet with new comments for the videos

• Started watching/clipping the audios for Cat Rescue 3MoFU, finished the clippings for that section

• Updated the smartsheet for 3MoFu

• Watched and clipped the videos for 6 MoFU Cat Rescue

• Updated the smartsheet

• Began working on the follow up homework's

• Completed the 6 month follow up homework for sets 1 - 6, uploaded it to the cronograma

• Completed the set 7 homework set

• Began working on the set 8 homework set, I only have two words to create questions for

• Emailed and updated the clinician on my progress, linking set 7 homework so it can be reviewed

Mar 3, 2026

• Completed homework set 8 in Catalan

• Went through the videos for CatRescue 12MoFu and updated the smart sheet

• Created the 12 month follow up homework on qualtrics, but haven’t shared with clinicians yet due to waiting for feedback

• Shared homework set 8 with clinician so it can be reviewed

• Switched from Windows desktop to a Mac desktop to do some clipping work

  • Clipped videos for CatRescue that I had written down earlier and re-updated the smart sheet for those videos

• Updated the Materials Team Progress smart sheet
