Load the files into Media Encoder | |
For video choose the Format to re-encode for AVID editing class exercise use DNxHR/DnxHD Mxf Choose DNXHR LB 1080p 29.97 | |
If you only want to export audio no Video > Choose Waveform Audio to encode Audio only | |
Next click on the blue lettering under "Output File" and choose a name for the export and where to save it. | |

The resulting files Will only need the .mxf file. Open your AVID Project and link to it . Can either use it as is or transcode it. | |
Or is you only transcoded audio you will use the .wav file |
