Unmil: we are creating data models for preservation and data models for access --> he is interested in submitting a works-in-progress submission to Computation Archival Science workshop (4pgs due Oct. 3; Maria Esteva is one of the program chairs) about crowd-sourcing workflow (http://dcicblog.umd.edu/cas/ieee_big_data_2016_cas-workshop/)

Lorrie needs to write a description about how the unique ID system was created in relation to how the collection was organized
We examined Nitin's latest HD inventory and discerned Crowley's file schema in relation to physical organization of collection (box numbers)
Need to create a spreadsheet or database that cross-references physical organization/location with digital organization/location --> Nitin will think about which way to go
