• Unmil revises file path migration map so that microfilm (individual patient files) and LoV holdings have correct series/subseries/item group/item subgroup
• Unmil searches for disk 1 derivatives and makes available to Lorrie, who will check that renamed items match microfilm reel numbers
• Lorrie will also revise enhanced finding aid and share again on UTBox
• Would not be worthwhile for Nitin to spend time renaming files manually
• Nitin: made revisions and ran tests on script that would let user know when errors occur (e.g., ran out of disk space, directories are inaccessible)
  
  • Some errors that might not be problems: e.g., empty folders
  • Scripts will be kept in bin
  • Unmil suggests creating a test folder and files
  • Examination of Nitin's revised script
