• Unmil: what actions do we want to make note of for our workflows? e.g., Unmil copying files onto his drive

• Unmil discussed what he learned from the Hydra conference

  • No standard metadata profile and descriptions --> the metadata that we are keeping appears to be on track

  • Descriptive metadata will be the innovative aspect

  • Hydra currently does not have support for digital archives --> more library functionality

  • ArcLight development has not begun

  • It was suggested to not worry about using Hydra and pushing material directly into Fedora

  • Sufia: Hydra repository front-end

  • Unmil noted that for all projects he has seen, AIPs don't sit in Fedora --> only DIPs from Archivematica sent to Fedora (front-end) --> need to evaluate what we will do for this project

  • No PCDM in back-end
