Discussion of what records can be made available in the digital library and to whom
Discussion of digitized patient files (microfilm) and renaming to fit into current renaming schema
Unmil: Nitin should focus on file path migration of materials with low risk of overwriting
Creation of various worksheets to keep track of migration
Unmil will make derivatives of patient file scans so that Lorrie can review them and think about renaming
What if all files were given a hexadecimal unique ID instead? Metadata would continue to show relationship to one another and within collection; however, giving up human-readability but this is probably negligible
