• Discussion of what records can be made available in the digital library and to whom
• Discussion of digitized patient files (microfilm) and renaming to fit into current renaming schema
• Unmil: Nitin should focus on file path migration of materials with low risk of overwriting
• Creation of various worksheets to keep track of migration
• Unmil will make derivatives of patient file scans so that Lorrie can review them and think about renaming
• What if all files were given a hexadecimal unique ID instead? Metadata would continue to show relationship to one another and within collection; however, giving up human-readability but this is probably negligible
• Look at Nitin's script
