• We looked over the photo indexes that Unmil has created to make looking at the images easier in preparation for King's visit

  • Some issues with images that have "a" in the name

• We looked over Nitin's file path migration map

  • Discussed how to manage Crowley-created PDFs (ignore for now)

  • Have full paths for source and destination

  • Discussed what Nitin's documented script design will look like

    • Importance of design choices for the sake of clarity

    • Simple is best for default script

• Nitin created a Record of Activities under "Project Planning"

• Lorrie will need to create a spreadsheet to show how photos from Disk 12 need to be renamed
