Updating Publications Page

Instructions on updating the publications page on the LASE website (https://lase.ece.utexas.edu/publications )

  1. Go to the LASE website and log in with your EID credentials (https://lase.ece.utexas.edu/user/login ).

  2. On the upper toolbar, click “Content”, then on the opened page, click “Bibliography”.

  3. Create reference

    1. If you already have a BibTeX file for your entry, you can click “+Populate Reference” and just paste your entry. Your reference will be generated.

      1. If you have multiple entries, you can click “Import” and upload a file.

    2. Else, click “+Add Reference”. You will then need to provide the following info in the following tabs:

      1. Title

      2. Authors

      3. Publication (year published, journal, volume, page numbers, etc.)

      4. Locators (URL and DOI)

      5. Other (Paste link to the PDF in the LASE Dropbox in the “Paper” box – you will need to upload the PDF to the Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/6c95ypjbdabg8ui6uq562/AET1B2URb7FNQODSQC_iE_4?rlkey=mcj42abez6pmwygapavivswhz&st=od16zeav&dl=0 ).

  4. Click “Save” and you’re good to go.
