Group Meeting

• Group meeting occurs once a week at a time chosen by a doodle poll or like once per semester (Fall, Spring, Summer)

• We go through the Group Doc, with a liberal intro for sharing issues before system status

Group Doc

• Now that you are on the LASE email list, you should get the email to fill out the Group Doc (group weekly update)

• It is typically sent out on Saturday, for the group meeting held at 10 AM on Tuesday mornings this semester.

• Please fill out a page for yourself even if you will not be at meeting.

• New students: At the very least, put your projected availability for the next week. If we know when you'll be in lab, we can try to get you more involved.

• Group Doc is split into multiple sections:

1. System Status for Bravo and Echo

2. Wafer Update Time

3. Lab Projects

4. Updates for each member
