CMB 4.130 Reporting Texas TV Journalism - Streaming & Recording with AJA HELO Quick Setup

Clean off the files on the USB prior to recording then Put the USB stick into the AJA HELO When Ready click on the Stream or Record Key to start the stream. The stream will be live just by hitting the button but lets go through setup
Log into Reporting Texas youtube channel log in info for UN and PW https://stache.utexas.edu/

For the College website Click on the round Star logo in the top right corner. Then click on YouTube Studio.
To Create an event Click Create in the Upper Right Corner and choose Go Live

Launch a browser and type in the IP for the HELO 10.157.38.213 Helo interface will open
Click close here
>>Helo>>go to Streaming Profiles scroll down to RTMP Stream Type and all the settings below If the settings are correct as shown here and MOST of the time are set correctly you are done and can move on to the next step Check the following RTMP Server URL RTMP Stream Name RTMP Username and PW if you need the UN and PW find it here - Reporting Texas youtube channel log in info https://stache.security.utexas.edu/new/entry/0e818ded69aa984b19c80c6c7b1c400c
If the above settings are wrong here is how to set this correctly First we are going to set the RTMP Server URL on the HELO Go to the YouTube Page referenced earlier in the wiki and Copy the Stream URL
Then go to the HELO and paste it into the Server URL
Next go back to the YouTube page and copy the Stream Key
Then paste the stream key into the HELO RTMP Stream Name
Make sure the RTMP Username is entered Reporting Texas is reportingtexastv@gmail.com Password is on stache
When Ready click on the Stream or Record Key to start the stream or for Reporting Texas see this channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7FQ07M2iqyDAhB_o2AWXOQ?view_as=subscriber

I-Frame GOP P Interval H.264 Encoding Profile - Main Slices Per Frame 1 Entropy Coding CABAC Stream Type RTMP
RTMP Server URL rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2 You get all this info as shown above in YouTube Studio
To stop Streaming simply hit the green streaming icon to start and stop streaming
The show is also recorded on the USB stick that you can check in the IMac
Load the USB into the UPLOAD TO REMOTE MAC DESKTOP port
