- Confluence
- investigated content indexing in respect to issues encountered with faulty queue processing; this appears to be a concurrency problem

- restarted Tomcat
- restart seems to have temporarily 'fixed' the issue; we will encounter this again as clusterSafetyTrigger gets out of sync with the system timer
- switched development instance over to use TED beta
- tested out the beta directory service; checked logs for errors
- installed and enabled CustomWare's Reporting Plugin
- tested on development instance where it has been installed and available for ~3 weeks with no noticeable issues
