• Confluence
  • investigated content indexing in respect to issues encountered with faulty queue processing; this appears to be a concurrency problem
  • steps taken:
    • rebuilt indices
    • enabled system timer debugging in accordance with the following Atlassian ticket:

  • installed and enabled CustomWare's Reporting Plugin
    • tested on development instance where it has been installed and available for ~3 weeks with no noticeable issues

  • finished migration of views from dev server MySQL to ITS production cluster
    • TO DO: finish testing on test Web Central and deploy new configuration to production

• UTForge
  • updated service roadmap:

  • started investigating distributed version control:

  • contacted Jen Jobst regarding SLA change – the Office of Communication and Strategy Management is currently documenting SLA processes and will be ready to exercise the new processes next week

  • meeting with all principles to determine roles and responsibilities going forward
  • debugged an XML/PHP permissions problem
