Complete:
  • Conversion of Subversion authorizations from file-based to database
    • completed coding UTForge - PyPE bridge class for SVN repository and Trac project creation, modification and deletion
      • early testing from PyPE deployer development instance has not revealed any issues
    • completed coding, testing and bug fixes of SVN repository and Trac project creation and deletion from UTForge Web interface (modification was complete in previous reporting period)
  • secured production and development database instances from ITS MySQL service
  • reviewed e-mail from admin list
Upcoming:
  • migrate from personal MySQL test database to aforementioned MySQL development instance
  • create a script that transfers all of the Subversion access rights from the current authorizations file to the production database
  • declare a maintenance period to deploy Apache module (mod_authz_svn_db) and UTForge code changes to production virtual servers

JIRA

  • assistance to LCM developers with log file retrieval from jira-dev LCM instance

    • issue updates are not consistent as issues move through a workflow
