Issues

Wikis

  • backed out changes made during planned maintenance on Thursday morning

    • Apache would not start due to certificate - key mismatch

    • compared modulus and public exponent portions of Verisign supplied cert and every key in the wikis private key directory

    • found out that the CSR used to generate the certificate was not the one that I created, but rather one that Tom created using a key in Systems' common source area

Tasks accomplished

Wikis

  • installed new SSL certificate on production instance

  • ISO application scan of test server

    • monitored server during scan, waiting to hear results

Maps

  • continued with jQuery / Google Maps API development

UTForge

  • user support, correspondence

Lansa

  • created certificate signing requests for three Lansa VMs with July expiring certs

  • assisted Gary with RedHat Network Satellite issues

JIRA

  • finished preparation for Budget & Payroll information session

    • created slides covering introductory information as well as permissions, notifications and workflows
