  • still waiting on an OLA between Applications and Systems
    • Systems will assign baseline OS support resources to our common good production services that currently do not have this – UTForge & JIRA
    • Contracts' virtual servers and development VMs:
      • currently Systems pricing policy for baseline OS support for 1 year is $2800 (100 hours @ $28/hr)
      • I believe this hour estimation is high for our servers and, unless Systems alters their pricing policy, I believe we should take care of baseline OS support and charge Contracts customers the time it takes us to do it
