JIRA
Complete:
- determined that the two issues reported last week (issue updates are not consistent as issues move through a workflow and inconsistent permissions accountability) were the direct result of the ITS JIRA virtual server (jira01.its.utexas.edu) running out of disk space
- moved old log files off of the VM to free up space; we now have ~1.7 GB of disk space available on the virtual server
- notified users that any issues updated on Wednesday, June 22 or Thursday, June 23 would not show up in JIRA list views until they were either updated in some way (forcing a partial re-index for the issue) or once a full re-indexing of the JIRA instance occurs
- full re-indexing completed during maintenance window on Tuesday, June 28
- reviewed e-mail from admin list
