AVID - AAF and QuickTime Export for After Effects

Next Create the .aaf go to >File>Output>Export to File
Click on Options
Export as .aaf Check the AAF Edit Protocol box Check to Include All Video/Data Tracks in Sequence Choose to Render Video Effects Transcode Video to Avid DNx HQ Choose a folder to save the .mxf and .aaf files Or use the same folder as where you are saving the .aaf Click - Save
Choose where to save the .aaf and the files Click Save
The export when finished will look like this Avid MediaFiles folder and an .aaf
Deliver this folder and the DNxHD quicktime to the colorist or if you are color grading your own project import the .aaf into Adobe Premiere	Launch Adobe Premiere

Open After Effect and choose Import>Adobe Premiere Pro Project
Select the Premiere Pro Project
A dialog box opens, where you have the choice to bring in all the sequences, select a sequence and whether or not you want to import audio.
Click OK, and a folder with the referenced media and composition appear in the project. Note, Premiere sequences become compositions in After Effects.
Double click on the composition to see the timeline with all your layers from Premiere Pro.
