Adobe Premiere Pro - Framerate Playback Conversion (60fps to 23.98fps) (Slow Motion)

Select clips in your bin that you want to convert/slow down

If you want to keep your original footage, duplicate them before conversion

Right click and select "Modify > Interpret Footage"

Select "Assume This Frame Rate" and set the value to your timeline's frame rate (23.98fps)
