Cuestionario de Bilingüismo- Primera Visita

Bilingualism Questionnaire Process:

1. Timing of Distribution:

   • The bilingualism questionnaire should be sent immediately after the initial phone call with the participant.

2. Completion Deadline:

   • Ensure that the questionnaire is completed prior to the first in-person session.

3. Reviewing Responses:

   • After the participant submits the questionnaire, review their responses for any missing information. If necessary, ask the participant to provide the missing information during the first in-person session. Make sure the values and responses make sense, for example ensuring that percentages add up to 100% when asked about usage.

4. Special Case for Barcelona Participants:

   • Some participants from Barcelona may have already completed the questionnaire before the start of the R01 study. If they participated prior to the R01, you will need to:

     • Access Qualtrics, extract the data, and manually input it into the "Primera Visita Cuestionario de Bilingüismo" in Redcap.

5. Data Storage:

   • The Pre-R01 Bilingualism Questionnaire data is currently stored in two locations:

     • Box link: Bilingualism Questionnaire Data (Pre-R01 Patients) (This includes all Pre-R01 patients, tx, and speechFTLD-B data); Redcap Project Bilingual_questionnaire_4 (Redcap SEN)

     • In Redcap under the Evaluación de Lenguaje Pre-R01 project (for speechFTLD-B patients).

6. Future Updates:

   • We have discussed the possibility of moving this data to the Data Raw project for future organization.
